Great service again from Jack, Shaun and the men at Kwik fit Malmesbury. Called in at just after 10am, no appointment, with knocking noise underneath car. Although really busy, they diagnosed, ordered and fitted required part, and completed wheel alignment by 4pm. And, £40 less than quoted price. Once again, grateful thanks from this senior citizen!
Booked a late appointment to get a tyre checked for Saturday afternoon and despite clearly experiencing a difficult and busy day, the team were extremely polite and professional. Repaired my tyre as fast as they could and couldn't do enough to help.
I booked my Ford Mondeo for two back wheel tyre replacements last Friday at 11am. Even though operating with only three staff owing to illness my car was ready for collection within 45 minutes. Well done to the Manager for the “time and care” taken in explaining to me the necessity for “free tracking” inspection. I shall certainly use Kwik Fit for future MOTs etc. Unlike other local garages “Kwik Fits Staff “look after you” Please pass on my comments to the Staff at Kwik Fits Malmesbury branch Mr VG Roberts-Phare
Not really very happy. Went in for a puncture, and was PRESSURE SOLD a full set of 4 new tyres. I do not think they had to be changed on that day, as it was already booked into another garage 2 days later. £35 expected, £500+ charged. I didn't want 4 new tyres. I only wanted a puncture repair.
Fantastic service !! Had a burst tyre just outside Malmesbury and Greenflag recovered me to the nearest Kwik Fit at Malmesbury. Got there 15 minutes before 6 which was closing time but manager stayed to about 730 to help me out and fit new tyres and tracking. Had my 12 year old daughter with me and was very relieved as travelling back to Birmingham. Can’t thank the excellent staff enough for going above and beyond - brilliant service

Brilliant Service - I had a slow puncture and was really worried as I was on call for my daughter expecting a baby in London. I turned up unannounced and even though they were fully booked and another 'walk in' was waiting in front of me, the guy serving me was patient, polite and kind and although he could not promise a quick turn around the team did in fact over deliver and got it fixed in super quick time!! I am so grateful team - will definitely be back for my tyre needs. Many thanks Jane
Absolutely superb customer service, iarticularly from Mark who dealt with my car but the entire team were friendly, polite and professional. Replaced my tyre really quickly, I was back on the road only 45 minutes after getting the initial puncture thanks to awful local roads and huge pot holes. Would highly recommend this branch of Kwik Fit.
Mark was amazing, he helped immediately in an emergency situation and was able to find excellent prices on premium materials
Absolutely fantastic service! Mark and Jack and his team here are brilliant at what they do. So friendly and professional. Real lifesavers and would highly recommend!
