This was a brilliant pub for drinking, with a well-lit and cosy interior! The leather seating is very comfortable and pipes surrounded by purple lighting is a stylish feature on the wall, counter is very neat itself. Staff were friendly and I had a pint of Strongbow Dark Fruit, appreciating the clean table!
I don't understand how they think it's acceptable to pour a drink in a dirty lipstick stained glass. Are they blind? Can they not see the filth around the top and still pour a wine. Customer service eh.
Visited this Wetherspoons a few times now while me and my partner were out in Morpeth on our holiday. We visited in the afternoon so plenty of seats available. We ordered from the app which is a little slow, but convenient. A kind lady brought our drinks over after a few minutes, and our food a minute later. Extremely fast service! We had a vegan BBQ burger and a grilled veggie pizza and they were both incredibly tasty. Really happy with the service here. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The toilet facilities are very clean and maintained. The decor is nice and modern. Always happy to come back here while we're in Morpeth.nn5* rating for this one
I have been here a few times it's location is good within the lovely town of Morpeth. There is plenty of parking which is free as long as you have a parking disc. Food looks a little average drinks are good service is very good, more importantly the toilets are at ground level regular wetherspoons visitors will know what I mean!
We have visited here for years and never expect five star food with it being a wetherspoons but today was unbelievable. We only ordered burgers but I didn't expect a keyring. It looked like a toy and was gone in two bites. It was half the size of a cheap microwave burger with about six chips. We Won't be returning, I would rather pay the extra for a proper meal at a better pub or restaurant. Shocking!
