Arrived for a drink after food service had finished but the friendly staff still managed to rustle up a cheese platter for me! One of the few stops along the canal for us boaters and well worth a visit. See you to on the way back! :)

Was quiet when I went here. Seemed ok. Not overly expensive buy not the cheapest place either. Right next to the canal which I'm sure is nicer during summer months

Great pub in a lovely, quiet location with a good selection of beers, ales and spirits, with good food available.

Lovely setting by the canal. Didn't have food just a pot of tea but we were looked after by the staff as though we had spent£100!
