We popped in here for coffee to take away. We noticed they advertised "FRESH ORANGE JUICE" on their menu. After asking if we could have one we noticed the lady serving it out of a carton. When we challenged this the owner argued that this was fresh and the highest quality! We asked how it can be defined as fresh. Is not fresh then an out of date carton? Ridiculous mis-selling of standard carton juice. As for the coffee, at £2.50 each, that's more than many places in London. Quality, taste? It was awful and weak.

Very very good food. Very fresh ingredients and good service. Small limited number of tables which adds to ambience.

Enjoyed a good Sunday brunch - nice coffee, eggs benny were quality with a nicely balanced hollandaise. Impressive for Bexhill, so now looking forward to returning for dinner soon!

A really lovely place. No expense spared on the interior. But more importantly, the hosts are the friendliest, most hospitable, and most accomodating of any I have known.
