Stayed there last night on business and couldn't have been happier. Excellent service from all the employees, lovely rooms with character abound and the breakfast menu is to die for. If you're going to stay near on in Bexhill, make this your first port of call (pun intended) as its worth every penny

Perfect stay! We stayed two nights; great service, great rooms, what more could you want? Would definitely recommend & return. We stayed in room 5 on the second floor and you couldn't hear any noise from the bar on the Friday night. The rooms are very clean and modern, we parked on the road to the side of the hotel from Friday evening until Sunday for free! The breakfast is excellent, and lovely coffee. Thanks Seaspray.

Location is great being on top of a restaurant! Have been made to feel incredibly welcome. Room is lovely, food served is great and the service is excellent. Would highly recommend others to stay here.
