Having never stayed in Bexhill before, I was delighted when our office booked me into this place The guest house is very tidy, room was large and the private bathroom was great. The whole place is well appointed (estate agent talk for nicely decorated, good quality fittings and furniture...), close to the town centre and the staff are really friendly; they couldn't do more for you Unfortunately, I'm only here for one day this trip, but I will stay here again if its not fully booked next time Highly recommended

Spotlessly clean, stylish, boutique bed and breakfast. Lucia is the most wonderful hostess, nothing is too much trouble with exceptional attention to detail.. and very informative of the area.

This gorgeous B & B oozes class & style from the minute you walk up to the front door. The decor is extremely well appointed & the amenities high class. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owners Lucia & Piero are warm & attentive. They have the wonderful ability to sense their guests every need . This beautifully appointed B& B is well recommended. Annie & Tony

Came down for a night to visit Bexhill and De La Warr Pavilion. Really impressed with the standard and the attention to detail! High points - comfy bed, jacuzzi bath, extremely clean, fresh flowers everywhere, quiet, close to sea front, awesome breakfast. Piero the owner was the perfect host.
