Went for a Sunday Roast. Fantastic. Portion sizes were good. You're at £20 for starter and roast beef main, so standard but very good meal. Pub has a really cosy vibe with very friendly staff. Would go again!
First time in the Drake and it was perfect, professional efficient staff, good clean decor, tasty affordable meals, reasonable drink prices for it's location. Made for a lovely day relaxing with friends. I'll be back. Very soon.

Xmas dinner had too many sprouts good food and bar
Had a great Christmas lunch here. Friendly staff and good service. Those in the group that had the traditional Christmas fare had a great lunch, those that didn't had pretty small portion sizes and were a little disappointed.

Booked a table for food for 6 people. The guy didn't tell me on the phone that he had just booked me in for a table for drinks but he knew exactly what he was doing, knowing that it was eat out to help out and everywhere else was full.
Great pub with a good selection of drinks and Scottish beers, lovely fire, great menu and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
