Super friendly staff, I know it's a sales technique but they made a fuss of my daughter which she loved. Great stock and some good deals on certain items. Very clean and tidy with everything well presented. Great for presents for little ones and adults too

Staff always seem to be happy and are always helpful. Staff have a good knowledge base for the items they sell. Only down point is that some of the shelving units are a bit close together, so maneuvering a pram can get a bit tricky in certain sections.
Such a fun shop to go in! The staff were dancing with my almost 2 year old little girl and playing with toys with her, excellent range of products, lovely and clean. Just quite expensive!
I could stay in here all day. Genuinely has the authentic Disney feel, from the carpets to the staff to the music and the products. If you're having a bad day, just go in here for 15 minutes and speak to one of the staff and hug a soft toy. You'll be fine after that.
Be prepared to spend money.. made the mistake of taking my three year old grandson and I couldn't get him out of there.. its a lovely shop, products are nice. It's located within white rose shopping center. Free parking. Children's play area weather permitting. Lots of places to eat, toilets, disabled facilities. Cinema. 3 stars only due to price of products.
This store is fun for both children and adults. Even if I don't purchase anything I like to go in! All the well known Disney characters seem to come to life in a Disney store. My favourites are the Disney animator dolls range but you can find all your childhood favourites here from the hero's and heroines to the villains and villainesses and their sidekicks or pets.
My wife and I used to love this store, but recently the selection has gone a bit downhill. I'm sure this is down to bosses further up the chain, but the stock just doesn't seem as good. Store is bright and clean and staff are always happy and smiling.
Friendly and helpful staff. Reason for 4 stars is that it doesn't really hold a lot of Disney items like other Disney stores. Plenty to choose from but if you are looking for a specific item, give the store a call before visiting.
