Fantastic toy shop set over two floors. Has a variety of toys on display for children to try out. It does get a little crazy at times with youngsters flying past you on various wheeled toys. Ample parking at Crown point.
Avoid if you don’t want to get a parking ticket and the store won’t help their customers as they are tenants and have no control over parking issues. Had to go to this store due to a faulty bike a few times and got a ticket for one of the trips. Needless to say, I returned the bike and will not return to this store or the retail park.
Amazing toy store spread out over 2 floors. Something for all kids to enjoy. Worth a visit as you are most likely to get the toy you are after here and there are many ideas for presents.

I went there last weekend for the first time in months, which is normal, but it was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in ages. The shop was full of people, with very little staff, so it took a while for me to pay and leave. But it's a good place to go for figures, games, consoles, and whatever else there is.
I like smyths toys and the products they sell however this particular store has quite a rude woman on the till who rolls her eyes if you take to long to pay and laughs with her colleagues really disaapointing customer service as smyths is a place of joy for children. Unfortunately sometimes a few bad eggs spoils the whole carton. Smyths needs to roll out good customer service especially at there most profitable time of the year.
Really good price for controllers a lot cheaper than other stores. Super helpful staff, the girl on the cashdesk was really awkward and over talkative. But other than that some great deals to be had.
Nice big store, lots of choices and plenty of stock. Just be wary of their click and collect policy, 48 hours to collect or the items are 'put back on the shelf' and you have to wait 10+ days for a refund, awful policy, never known it to be that short from other brands, usually at least 7 days. Had to buy all the items again, fortunately I was able to afford them all. Staff weren't the most helpful when I asked for assistance in locating them as it was a click and collect order for Christmas so I didn't have a clue, they just pointed to an aisle, but to be fair they were all young kids, probably Christmas temps and had been busy all day. One girl was very helpful though and walked me to where every item was, big thanks to her.
Brilliant store! Visited to look at the 360 spin car seats, they had a car seat out that you could clip the children’s car seats into and test. You’re left to take your time and test whatever you like, there’s plenty of space so you don’t feel cramped. A good amount of child 360 spin car seats. Will definitely return to buy one soon. Staff are all friendly and smiley!
I am extremely appalled at the customer service at this branch. I have had one too many bad experiences with the staff there on numerous occasions as it is the nearest store to me. I bought a item and when i returned home to assemble it, it was faulty, so when trying to return the item the staff decided to talk amongst themselves about the situation at hand saying ‘we are not insured to build the items for them’ ‘it just needs this doing to it and it will work’. When I tried to explain that I had tried that method at home they refused to listen and continued to talk to one another. One of them went on to say ‘it is your call if you want to refund it,’ as i interjected once again saying the item is faulty it was like it fell onto deaf ears. Very rude and offensive, was made to feel uncomfortable and stupid. He then went on to call the manager to explain the situation as to which the manager looked like he was asleep and couldn’t care less. That same faulty item was then put back onto display! No wonder ever item I have ever purchased that comes in a box is faulty. The workers here need to be sent on a customer service training with their awful attitude. This is just one of the many bad experiences here. I would stay well away from this store not child friendly at all. Would give it a 0 if I could.
