Went for the expecting parent morning and it was really informative and some good discounts on offer. There is a wide variety of products and all the staff were really helpful. The highlight however was Marta. What she doesn't know about prams and car seats isn't worth knowing! She was so helpful, going above and beyond to help us out. No pushy sales just good solid advice. She was an absolute credit to your store! If you ever go to visit ask for her and you won't go far wrong.
Fantastic shopping experience and extremely helpful staff! I am so happy that we came to the shop instead of shopping online as we received a lot of helpful information and help with our purchases. There is also a very nice coffee shop upstairs and the place is very baby and child friendly with great facilities. A shout out to the great staff there as well who are so genuinely nice that you feel that they are being nice because they want to be and because they are happy and not because someone told them to be nice to customers! Fantastic staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Went in to buy a car seat and we received amazing first class service from Adinah and Lindsay. There were a few problems with fitting the car seat into our cars and both staff members went above and beyond with trying to resolve the issues and discuss alternatives. They spent so much time with us and put in a lot of effort, and not once did they seem annoyed or frustrated at how time consuming this all was ensuring safety was at the forefront. They were so happy to help smiling and joking through it all, whilst trying to fit the seat into our car which made the lengthy experience a lot more bearable. Both staff were extremely patient! Adinah worked almost an hour over her shift, and wouldn't leave us until she had fitted both car seats into our cars. The customer service we received from her was second to none and you could see that she was genuinely happy to help!
Visited Mothercare today to buy a pram Joie chrome Dix . As an expectant mother I am so glad I went into store and didn’t buy online. It was really easy and great to have someone to show me the range. Wanted to give a shout out to Marisa , she was excellent and showed me how to load it into the car to check it fitted. Nothing was too much effort and service was done with a smile. Would not hesitate to return, happy customer
Visited the store today and received excellent customer service from Hayley. We are expecting our first baby so found it a little overwhelming and didn't really know where to begin with baby products. Hayley was very knowledgeable and offered valued advice and recommendations. We left the store feeling reassured and have purchased key items for our baby.
Marta was really helpful and gave us a lot of information about the car seat we bought that we didn’t know. She was very professional and made sure that my baby was safe and secure in her new seat.
Me and my husband went to look at prams a few weeks ago. As we are expecting twins we weren't sure exactly what would work for us from both money and use point of view. Lindsey was the shopping assistance that helped us ultimately choose and buy our pram. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She showed us everything we wanted to see and more. She gave us suggestions and priced different options for us. Thank you Lindsey for making our experience so lovely and easy!
