I have been a regular at Lego Leeds for a few years. The staff are all awesome. Without a doubt the friendliest store in Leeds. I have been to other Lego stores and never as friendly as Leeds. Love them all in there.
For August 1st which saw the release of some new sets the availability was phenomenal. Wasn’t overly busy at the time I went and could navigate the store with ease. I was served by a person called Dara and she was very friendly and helpful and I’m just glad to have visited this store. This store and the Barcelona store are the best ones I’ve been to.
Really friendly staff and got a nice selection on offer. Usual standard layout to normal Lego stores that I've been but staff were welcoming.. if you're coming for your passport stamping, you can find that at the entrance
Always a great place to shop for the family if you love Lego and the staff are amazing and lovely they need a pay rise. Really cool stuff and let's hope a sale comes on soon.
The staff in this store are very friendly and helpful . I found it quite difficult to get around with my wheelchair as it's quite a narrow store but that said it has lots of stock. Well worth a visit.
Have called in here several times over the Years and have always found what I wanted.. other than on one or two occasions. Staff super helpful and always eager to offer advise on selecting a gift or assist with a purchase for yourself.
Store is always clean and tidy the staff are helpful and pop up out of no where but it is a nice place to visit and have a wide selection of lego sets
There for the Harry Potter Gringotts Bank! First in the queue! Kind and friendly service with some cool free gifts too!
Fantastic store to visit. Brings out the kid in me of wanting everything I see! Great range of models on display which are worth a look so you get an idea of scale. Some of the models are AT-AT huge! Friendly helpful staff and always a meet and greet at the entrance. Only downside is the stores size Vs popularity. It gets very busy during weekends and school holidays. I'd suggest if possible to go outside these times. That said, the staff get through the queue quickly, you might just find it harder to move around the store, build a minifig, etc.
It's always a lovely visit to the Lego store, there's always staff ready to help and Mimi was especially friendly, it's often worth coming back too to check out their cool displays that change regularly
