I've been using The Direct Pizza since I moved to Herne Bay around 4 years ago. I've tried others, but they are by far the tastiest, most reliable and most consistent. Exactly what you want with a takeaway. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Ordering is quick and easy. They always deliver on time, it turns up hot and tastes fresh. The quality and quantity of ingredients are plentiful, and they are great value with some superb deals. Can definitely recommend

Excellent pizzas & fast delivery. Really good for your normal takeaway type pizzas, very tasty, fairly priced and with friendly staff who are mindful of allergies and on the one occasion there was a mistake, rectified it immediately. We're regular happy customers who won't be going elsewhere.Food: 5/5
Fantastic food here, great service and always quick to solve problems like resend food out at no extra cost if there’s a problem with your order. Fantastic price on pizzas, and there’s always deals on food making the pizzas especially exceptionally good value. The chips which are meant to be a large portion are always small, and the option to customise orders is now only available on pizzas which is frustrating. We use them happily on a regular basis!! I placed an order for delivery at 1115. It said 45 mins for delivery. The order was accepted online. When I called to chase at 1215 I was told they were late in due to traffic and that they did not open until 12 noon. My order was still 30 mins away. Why accept orders when closed?
Been eating pizzas from here for years when visiting family, moved here , decided to use them again. Not only did they get the pizza wrong, but they argued on the phone. When I said what happened to customer service the manager basically called me a lair and had no intention of resolving the problem. Disappointed is not a strong enough word to explain My aggravation . Never using again!
I have used these guys for years, glad you can now order online, saves a lot of time. I have found that the pizza's are far better Monday-Thursday, probably due to volume of orders, however this is a shame. No one likes receiving an anaemic pizza that's half squashed because its been up-ended on route. Price wise they are very competitive and value for money.
Just ordered a meal and the young lady that took my order was super helpful and friendly, what a credit to the company. Food is very tasty and always prompt. Delivery driver is always courteous. Thank you
Great fish and chips! Lots of seating area outside on beach. Tasty curry sauce! Defo not a miss! Nice staff too.
Lovely choice of toppings & fairly fast delivery. However if u order extras such as dips or sides, check u have them before driver leaves. We always use deal because they can be very costly otherwise.
