I have never left a Google review of anything but I had to come here to say that the lady who works here is amazing. We let her know one of us has a severe garlic allergy, which is so rarely taken seriously by anyone, she went above and beyond to ensure no dishes were cross contaminated with garlic. She is so lovely and her manner on the phone is so kind and maternal. Wonderful person, thank you!
This is the first Chinese food I have enjoyed since becoming vegetarian, it's been years. The vegan chicken in black bean and the egg fried rice was delicious. Would definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: I had the vegan chicken in black bean sauce, was delicious
This isn't about instore but still a reflection of the company I'm sorry to say. On the Uber eats app there is a chicken dish in the vegan section, the hot and spicy chicken with chilli sauce. I accidentally ordered it thinking it was the vegan Chicken turns out it isn't also when the order came the uber driver sent his daughter I believe not her fault but she asked me for money when the items were already paid on the app.
Normally, after 25 years of being a loyal customer, New Chows Garden provides a fantastic service and tastiest food around. What arrived at my door yesterday, after almost an hours wait was the most disgusting Chinese food I've ever had. Sorry guys, I only give honest reviews. Better next time around I hope.
This is literally the best Chinese I have ever had. I am so impressed with the vegan options here. The vegan chicken curry is to friggin die for and the staff were all so lovely. Vegans, you do not want to miss out on this place Vegetarian options: Great VEGAN range
My go-to Chinese in Herne Bay. I have it delivered to Whitstable, food is always a great quality, nice and hot. The menu includes everything you can expect from a Chinese. Highly recommend!
Horrific! Ordered lamb curry got beef. Chilli beef taste like fish. Chips where awful and soggy. Had to wait 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. Everything was freezing cold was not fresh at all! Have now seen the hygiene rating that explains a lot!! I would not recommend this to anyone! Even my dog refused it!!!
Had takeaway. Looked good but worst ever Chinese will never go again too too salty. Couldn't eat I Couldn't be bothered to take back even my husband Couldn't eat itFood: 1/5
Still waiting after 2 hours for an order placed through, just eat, after the 3rd time of calling them and complaining was told if I have a problem to go and see them by the person on the phone. When asked for a refund after waiting 2 hours was told the boss who was apparently on his way an hour ago will be here in literally 2 min.. well 10 min later.. no boss no food and nothing but rude staff on the phone. Taking it up with Just Eat but read the reviews a place that was once good seems to be going downhill
One of the best Chinese places in the north of Kent, they have a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options including a whole array of fake meat dishes so I don't have to miss out on any of the classic dishes while not eating meat. Always delicious and speedy service
