We were a group of four Indian students from University of Kent and enjoyed the food and overall experience. However, we encountered an issue with the bill. Initially, we were overcharged, but when we pointed it out, they acknowledged their mistake and made some adjustments. Despite this, the final amount was still higher than expected. Specifically, they charged us £3.50 for a Coke that was listed as £1.80 on the menu, claiming they served us a pint without asking our preference. We paid and left but later realized we had overpaid by £8.50. Upon returning, they informed us this amount was for service fees, which they hadn’t mentioned before. We believe we were scammed, as we should have been informed about the service fees and had the option to remove it. Although the food was good, I recommend checking your bills carefully before paying.
Had an Indian delivered and the chicken was still raw!!! Been going here for years and sooo disappointed and the garlic bread wasn’t even cooked properly either.Food: 1/5
Have always enjoyed the food here. The service is always good and I recommend this restaurant. But book ad it is popular and regularly fully booked.Food: 5/5

Worst ever customer service if you walk in and fancy a good meal . Either the guy at the reception does not like woman dining in or is naturally extremely rule with no mannerism and worst communication skills . Extremely disappointed and shocked to see such poor and pathetic professional behaviour in hospitality business .Will tell my colleagues to completely avoid this place for Indian cuisine .
