Fantastic customer service, the range of goods is outstanding at great prices.  Highly recommend.

Have been looking at Giraffes for a year at The Designer Rooms and finally decided to buy one today. It's perfect in my living room. I love it. Great service and always friendly and helpful Staff.

Sideboard delivered from Braehead store December 2nd without a fittings pack so it couldnt be assembled -  it's STILL in flat packs on my floor January 4th - over a month later. Despite numerous phone calls to Customer services when they took my calls that is, e.mails and even calls to store AND store visits - not to mention PROMISES - I still dont have a satisfactory answer.  Staff are excellent at 'avoiding' answering me & not doing as they said they would - would NEVER recommend this company.

I really do wish we had looked at Trustpilot before handing over a £300 deposit for a dining room table we were assured would be delivered in 4 weeks. It seems they will tell you anything to get the sale then when problems arise they don't even bother telling you about it. Our table was overdue and when we eventually got in contact with someone we were told the actual delivery was over 10 weeks. We asked for a call from management to discuss taking a display model in the meantime but unfortunately they are only interested in getting the sale, no after sales serviceat all. Not surprised that they have so many negative reviews on here - they have even hidden they review button on their Facebook page so people can't leave negative feedback but I managed to find the link through other avenues - just enter 'thedesignerrooms/reviews' after the facebook dot com and you will see it.

Stay away from this store, there products are just Italian flatpack IKEA, I gave them a second chance and purchased again one of the items was in stock at another store, which they say would take two weeks to have it brought to the kilmarnock store. That was over two months ago, and when I called customer services all I got was a aye whit ever.

Having  popped in to your Kilmarnock showroom for a browse we were lucky to be looked after  by  a lovely  lady  called  Lesley. She  was so helpful  from  the  moment  we met  and  advised us on one or two issues  we had which  in turn made  our  decision to purchase some items for our home an easy  task. We do hope you  realise  how lucky you  are  to  have this  lady  in your team. She is a credit  to  her  job and  also  to herself  and deserves  to be praised  for  her  excellent  attitude  to her  customers. Keep  up the  good  work  Lesley it has  been  a pleasure  meeting  you.  You haven't  seen  the  last  of us.                        Thanks  for everything  top marks  Lesley. I ordered my bedroom furniture and living room mirror from The Designer Rooms, Kilmarnock and I had a great experience in store.  The whole process of ordering and arranging delivery was seamless.  The furniture is great quality and still looks brand new.  I love the range of products available and I'll be back soon to purchase more gorgeous items for my home.

Luxurious, contemporary and unique furniture!  The layout of the store sets a stunning example for your home and allows your imagination to run wild.  Almost reminds me of walking into a showhome, the image the shop creates from the moment you walk in,  with the sumptuous wallpaper to the pictures, mirrors and wall hangings,  wall art and furniture.  The shop is certainly dressed to impress.  Very helpful and friendly staff.  I've visited many times and each time the staff are approachable and attentive. Also fast delivery and punctual.  I purchased a few items when anyone walks into my house, one of those pieces usually gets commented on.  Would highly recommend!

Extensive range of products, friendly knowledgeable staff, nothing is too much trouble, would go again even just to look round.
