My experience was excellent except for the fact that the hand drier in the ladies toilet isn’t working. I mentioned this to a member of staff a couple of months ago when I was in the store and two weeks ago when I was in it still wasn’t working and it still isn’t working today. I realise things can break down but there are no paper towels there to use to dry your hands. I’m sure you’ll agree that this is a health hazard. I hope the next time I visit the store that there will be hand drying facilities. My visits were to the Kilmarnock store.
Lovely big shop, stacked with loads of goodies. Nice shopping experience inside. Just a bit more expensive for some items than others. Shop around, it'll be worth it. I bought some products and found the same much cheaper elsewhere. Not amused.
Great product but a cardboard box that I’ve seen lying at the side of the road the past week that was also home to 4 badgers is still more sturdy than what they send their stuff in ‍
Love this shop, top quality bedding and all other extras, kitchen dining, curtains lighting. Great shop
I have just had the worst breakfast ever, it was stone cold half of it and we both had scones which must of been baked 3 days ago no way were they fresh. All. for £21. Scandalous. Never will I go there again.
