It's always a pleasure shopping here with a variety of everything I require for my dog. Friendly staff are always willing to help with advice and serve with a smile with just enough friendly chat without holding up a queue. On-line orders easy too from start to finish.
Badly stocked, shoddy displays, often complained about, generally avoid here unless its an emergency. Its worth the extra 20 minute drive to go to the Ayr store. Only gets a second star due to friendliness of some of the staff.
Avoid buying live fish from here, bought ours around a week ago from this store. 3 of them are now dead. Ones we bought from another store and not a pets at home branch are keeping well. If you are wanting to buy fish avoid like the plague
My 2 dogs had a full grooming and at the end it looked as if the groom with black and neon green hair had put a bag over her head and used blunt sheers to cut their hair. And said its the same at the hair dressers your hair only looks good if you don't move your head cause then you see all the scissor marks. What utter rubbish. At £96.we won't ever be back. Review over.
Really good...Luna was well looked after during her health check/vax visit.
