Although pricey for many items, I like the convenience of being able to find almost everything I need in 1 shop. I use the click and collect service regularly for those items not stocked in the store. However, I feed my dog raw food which comes frozen and for that I would need to get home delivery which isn't convenient becauae I work. Or click and collect, in which case my local store would not keep frozen till I arrive. Not very helpful. Apart from that, the online and high street presence is very convenient.

Lovely place. Warm and friendly staff and the veterinary service is second to none. Highly recommend.

Took my wee pup there with suspected broken leg. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Didn't perform any unnecessary procedures or tests. Left later that day with the advice to bring him back next day if any further problem from his leg were to arise. Great service!

Good friendly knowledgeable staff. Great parking never have to park large distances away. Handy when carrying big heavy packs of food.
