I needed a replacement headlight bulb and knew exactly what I was looking for so didn't need help. They had the bulb in stock, could have bought cheaper online but I needed it quickly. Store looked fairly shabby, and the guy at the till was slumped over the desk and I wasn't even sure if he was awake when I walked up. It was 30 mins before closing time, but that really doesn't excuse the attitude and terrible service.

Staff wholly uninterested in helping customers. All standing about having a laugh, when asked for help they gave non committal remarks. They wouldn't take themselves away from their conversation or phones.
