Absolutely diabolical. In pain for months!!! Previous dentist worked here ready to put fillings on lil chips in teeth as in soon much pain. See new dentist, said I was born with teeth this way & only willing to charge me private prices as they think it's cosmetic only. Disgusting behaviour nearly began to argue, but not worth anymore effort. Will be seekt.

Went into this practice to and was horrified at the dental matter stuck all over the examination light!! Clearly left on from last week. Even worse was was the response when I asked who the cleaner was mention it to the receptionist it’s not my job to clean it!! Hygiene is everyone’s responsibility what state were the instruments that they were putting in my mouth. What a sad demise of a practice that had been the best in town.

I have tried to register and they don't treat you on NHS or pregnant women because they can't charge you.

Geoff and I have received nothing but excellent care and management at this Dental Practice. Dr Croot has cared for us, for well over a decade; we have been very happily with the management of all our dental problems.
