Had a tooth extraction that was curved towards the main jaw nerve. Was in and out in 30 minutes with zero pain. Very professional staff. Best dental experience ever.
Visited today for two teeth extractions I fear the dentist so very much but Mr Aabed and his assistant Jacky were truly fantastic thank-you so much for making my visit bearable.

I wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at the practice. I asked for an appointment for my 89 year old mother and they could not have been more accomodating. The manager rang my mum to check which times would suit and were very welcomng on her arrival. The dentist Dr Sammy took his time to explain the procedures and was very gentle. She was very impressed and believe me it take a lot for her to say that! Many thanks again
Been at this dentist now for 36 years and have seen a few changes as you would in that time span, I have had 4 dentists in that time and all of them have been so good as I'm not the easiest of patients when it comes to dentist work, neither is my husband who now has disabilities and I joined him up to this practice about 12 years ago and all the staff have helped and supported him and me when attending. It's still early days with Bupa taking over this practice and most of that has been with the covid outbreak so it would be unfair if you've joined this practice in that time to make a negative post because let's face it nothing has really worked as it should in the last 20 months and we've all had to adapt to changes in our lives, but my dentist is the best and when I'm in his chair and he's doing his thing I have so much faith and trust in him which is what I need to feel when I go to a dental practice.
Refuse to treat me even though I'm a long standing private patient and the issue was down to their negligence
I have been to this dentist practice a number of times even through covid , the hygiene is of the highest I actually witnessed all door handle sprayed and cleaned chairs counter tops , all cleaned after every patient !!also take temperature one in one out felt very safe ! The work I had done was two hour long and was made very comfortable and also very kind and carding bunch would defo recommend this dentist practice very professional
I have been a patient at Bupa Dental Care Grimsby for the past 2 years. I have been very impressed with the dental care provided by this practice. In particular, in this last year during Covid, the support provided by the practice team during which I know must be an extremely challenging year for them professionally has been really helpful. I know their support has led to me not experiencing further dental issues. The practice and service has been very well run throughout this time, as well as previously. My thanks to the practice, the Reception Team, Mr Sami my regular dentist and to the Dental Assistants. I would recommend this practice to anybody seeking high quality treatment from a highly professional and caring team.
