I have been scared of dentists ever since I can remember. My dental surgeon was lovely, thorough and obviously highly skilled because I didn't feel a thing. Not even the numbing injection. Rang for a first appointment and was fitted in the following week for a check up. Procedures were booked for 2 weeks after that. Very happy with my experience.
Trying to book a check up for my daughter but constantly engaged to the point I can't get in. I ring dead on opening hours to it being closed til 905am, for it to be engaged after
"your call is important to us" - Burrells dental surgery 2017 .... What a load of tosh! You can be on hold or calling out for 10-15 minutes only to be hung up on... whenever I go in there you have about 3 receptionists not even bothering to answer the phones, all of which with face like slapped backsides! Shocking surgery!
The initial check up consisted of a very quick tap tap tap of the odd tooth. It was clearly going through the motions activity. Went back for removal of tooth. Still in pain a week later so went back. Guess what had removed the wrong tooth. Proceeded to remove correct tooth and parting comment was pay on your way out.
I've never had an appointment that's been on time, the best is half an hour late. The last dentist I saw there could hardly speak English & gave me the impression that she couldn't care less. Time to find a new dental surgery.
Beautiful people! Just beautiful! The kind of people you would think of as friends - kind, efficient, helpful, sincere. Genuine human beings, effective service - what more could you want? And I am not an easy man to please, trust me. Best wishes for 2017 to everyone at IT Burrell especially Tim, Janet, Adele and .... clears throat .. Elaaaaaaaaine!!!! :
Lovely people, I was on private dentist for years but then finally moved to Ian Burrells, private dentist was getting too expensive they said I had to pay over 2000 pounds for my braces and wouldn't even put me on a waiting list, then I finally went to Ian Burrells dentist and I'm finally on the waiting list, soon I will be finally happy within myself as soon as I get them

The male receptionist is very rude how he gets away with talking to patients like he does i don't know there's no need for an attitude and he whispers to other receptionist about you and gives you funny looks and there not friendly at the desk and make you feel on edge time to find a new surgery not being talked to like that AGAIN
Awful dentist....worst in town. Unfriendly unprofessional rude Even had a lovely shouting match with the staff.
