I had a terrible experience at this practice, I wanted a procedure within the anaesthetic department.... I found the anesthetiser to be very rude, ignorant, and VERY unprofessional... I did not have the procedure as I walked out!!!!

Craig is an amazing dentist and really puts you at ease. All the staff are friendly. Super clean and welcoming building. Definatly recommend!!

The negative reviews must be for the NHS emergency practice next door, because my experience over 7+ years with Craig at the private practice is the total opposite! Craig is an exceptional dentist- fast, proficient, professional. All hygienists and reception staff I've dealt with have been very friendly. Zero problems with scheduling, or any other issues others have reported, across more than a dozen appointments. Craig also handled some major work for my partner, after being given bad advice elsewhere, and wound up saving a few thousand pounds with a LOT less downtime. Highly recommended.

Dr. Craig is the best dentist I've had in YEARS. He tells you what you need doing, schedules you in with a quote (I go private) and when you return, he's usually bang on time, gets the work done gently and efficiently, and sends you on your way with a smile. And when you get the bill at the desk, it's just as he's quoted. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful as well. I was with an NHS Dentist in Louth for years and it was a nightmare! Appointments cancelled, after you've arrived, because of staffing issues and my filing came off after just a few days. If you care for your teeth, go to Rejuvadent, because they care for your teeth as well.
