I enjoyed the meal and the staff here. Only knocked off a star as my burger bun was kinda burnt and dry, there was also no sauce like mayonnaise or anything on the burger itself besides a pattie, cheese and veg. I recommend asking customers if they'd like anything put on their burger as I was disappointed mine was so dry with sauce but other than that everything was good. The staff was very accommodating and kind the place was cosy. Will be back! Delicious onion rings too.
Had a lovely relaxed meal by the fire there last night. Staff were really friendly and food was super yummy. I had the chicken curry and my partner had the gammon followed by a rolo cheesecake- was delicious. Will definitely visit again.
A good friendly pub. Excellent hospitality. Delicious hot food. Dog friendly as well, except Sundays when you can only have the dog outside. Good easy parking area. Just need to be aware when coming North on the A442, but there are two access points to the pub/carpark.
Very welcoming staff in an equally inviting pub , wanted to eat but for a lunchtime prices were between £14 -£16 for cod n chips , burger n chips etc it's just a little too expensive. I'm not doubting that the quality would have been extremely good .
Really nice fish platter. The fish, scampi & prawns were lovely & gorgeous homemade tartare sauce. Cute little pub. Only lost a star as chips were a bit undercooked. Definitely go back though. Staff very helpful
Enjoyable afternoon with my brothers and nephew. Good food and drink nice atmosphere, very friendly staff.
Nice outdoor seating area, although if you are a non smoker, you might want to make sure you sit away from those with cancer sticks! Plenty of parking, friendly staff but unfortunately we were too late for food when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Seems to be a dog friendly venue.
Excellent food, reasonably priced, very pleasant and friendly staff. Clean, we kaid out, food was hot, tables outside very clean, tidy and no rubbish. Good parking. I've had our cocker spaniel with us and a dog menu for outside only would be a good idea... dog sausages and I think would be a good seller
We had taken the dog for a walk at comer woods and called in at the Danery for a drink on the way home, we didn't stay long but there was a nice friendly atmosphere... We enjoyed it
Had sunday Lunch there today, amazing!! Staff were fab and good quality food and ales on offer. Will visit again
