Lovely welcome and very attentive service throughout. Food excellent and well , priced had the "specials menu, Cod loin with Saffron sauce, extra sauce provided , no bother, my husband had the Fish and Chips ,thoroughly enjoyed . Clean , tidy and following the rules, good luck and carry on !!
A well-run traditional pub in the heart of Bridgnorth with a new chef and a new menu offering cordon bleu restaurant meals at pub prices. I would highly recommend a visit!

Staff were rude, food was average, and saw them refuse an old lady the toilet when she asked politely. An unfortunate establishment of ever there was one.

Friendly and historic place. Plenty to see and do with social measures in place so booking for some attractions needed such as Severn Valley Railway
My wife dog and I regularly visit the Shakespeare, the owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is great. As for the Beers and ale's on draught, I don't think I've ever had a better pint anywhere! Simply the best. Well worth the ten mile journey we take.
