To the proprietor John Hammond and family. I’ve just listened to you interview with Jeremy Vine on radio 2. May I say what a wonderful person, family you are. Great idea you have on opening on Christmas Day. Yes you have family, they sound well brought up and very respectful. I’m a carer plus a full time worker for my mum with dementia. Christmas to Mum means nothing, just another day sadly. I’ll be cooking a Christmas dinner for 2 of us, with no meaning to it. I just wish we lived near your establishment, we’d be in with open arms. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a prosperous and healthy new year. John ❤️

Lovely place to sit for a coffee or a meal. Great service and selection of food. Love the chutney's.

Amazing local produce. Am doing my Christmas gifts from here this year using the Sidmouth Gin, speciality cheeses, chutneys, mustards and biscuits. Service is really friendly and welcoming. Go and have a look!
