Even mid-week, The Crown gets busy. We arrived at about 6:30pm on a Wednesday evening for dinner and, without booking, were taken straight to a table. This place has a great selection of ales, the menu is excellent and the food is so good that it sets the standard for local pubs. We really appreciated how attentive and friendly the staff were - next time we're back in the area, we'll be sure to go back.

A great pub in a lovely country location only 5 minutes car journey outside  Abergavenny. Great food and drink with very obliging friendly staff. Would highly recommend a visit.

Brilliant standard of food, staff were polite and punctual, two members of the party arrived 20 minutes late and they were very accommodating.
