Used to order from here regularly as liked the food. Went tonight after a night out, young new ish guy on the till, extremely disrespectful and rude. Ignored me while waiting to order then eventually took my order found him to be arrogant. Before taking payment turned to laugh and joke with colleagues, couldn’t tell what was saying. Made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I have had numerous take away meals  always delivered for a couple of years now and they have always been good. I have just recieved my latest order which is the same as I always order the 3 piece VALUE BOX 3 pieces of chicken plus hot wings, frys & a drink on arrival there were no hot wings so I contacted CRUNCHY CHICKEN who informed me I had ordered a COMBO MEAL no hot wings I emphasised that I had ordered the VALUE BOX but they were adamant and quite obnoxious, consiquently I will not use them again due to their attitude. Be very careful and ensure they confirm what you have ordered.

Loved the chicken strips and Peri peri wings and most of all Peri Peri pizza my family can have it every day. If you haven’t tried then must try once .

Very good place, fast service with some really good food. I would recommend trying the ‘Zinger Burger’ and the ‘Asian Style Pizza’. You can dine in, takeaway normally takes 5-10 mins to make or ask for a delivery, which takes around 30-40 minutes.

I would have rated this place a 6 out of 5 in the past, it used to be so good I ordered on a weekly occasion. Now I have so many problems with this takeaway, I'm not sure if it is under new management or not but they have definitely changed the products/supplier they use, maybe just looking to make more money. The chicken strips are like half the size of my small finger. The chicken fillets are shaped like triangles strange. The gravy tastes so bad  . The chips have changed and they really aren't the best careful they are fully cooked through. The popcorn chicken has changed choosen wrong supplier. You need to read the notes sections and do more to assist your customers like you used too.  Advice "customers will pay that little bit more for a great product and service" it really is that simple people. Look after your customers and your customers will keep returning and looking after you.

Best chicken ever. We love this take away and order regularly. Chicken strips are the best.  Favourite take away for miles even if they do charge me a quid extra for ordering to Blackburn
