We spent £17.50 on food only to find it was tasteless and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. We rang and asked for a refund to be told that we could have one. 30 minutes later we called back only to be told that we wasn’t allowed a refund. The man on the phone argued with me for around 10 minutes before agreeing to give us a refund, only to wait another 10 minutes and be told for a second time that we was not allowed a refund because the ‘food is fine and they can’t trust us’ absolutely disgusting behaviour towards a customer. They then refused to answer the phone to me and continued to put it down when I rang. I have never communicated with such ill mannered people in my life. After being a good customer for quite a while I am disgusted that they could treat a customer like this and I will never eat from here again. I have also recently checked the food hygiene rating (I should of checked before I ordered) and it states a ‘1 star’ stating ‘major improvement necessary’. That will teach me to do my research before ordering from anywhere again. If I said the food was under a 1 star, as well as he service and attitude from the staff I would not be exaggerating.

I don't know what happened here this place used to be really good but we ordered some wings with our meals and the wings were really under cooked with no spice at all on them even though there meant to be hot and spicy wings and my battered chicken balls were cold and they also increased the price of everything I meant what the hell increase the price and make the food worse ? Ummmm sure ok then I would advise against anyone going here use your money on something better

Salt and pepper battered king prawns , mmmm melt in the mouth . I have never been disappointed with the quality of food that I have ordered from here, quick service, friendly delivery staff One of my top 3 take aways in Blackburn . Highly recommended.

Raw chicken and soggy chips! Chow mein was also dry. I was told id be charged £1 delievery then they decided to charge £2 when it came. Never use again

Very disappointed have ordered from here often but just ordered a munchy box an when it came eventually, there was no fried rice very little chick an a hole heap of chips, don't think I'll bother again 😡
