Good menu here plus a specials board I had the duck breast with duck parcel.the duck was cooked just as I like it, but the parcel was a bit soggy instead of nice and crisp. Nice atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Nice bright surroundings in a lovely village just off the main Blandford to Shaftesbury road(A350 I think) Would certainly recommend and hope to return.

Fantastic pub with amazing, homemade food and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. They made us all (including our two kids) feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Good food. Nice ales. Pleasant ambience. The village is pretty and there are great walks nearby - Hambledon Hill.
