Birthday celebration but no celebration. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty. We ordered oysters for starters, followed by a whole crab and lobster which was delicious! However, we were looking forward to this dinner as we planned to celebrate my birthday and last dinner in Bournemouth but no one notice the note request/comment which was very disappointing.
Pretty good restaurant overall interior could do with an update thou. The food was very good and so was the service. However, we had to wait around 35-40min for our starters and had to ask about them. Fish & Chips was really tasty probably one of the best I've had, calamari and duck rilette were also really good. Would recommend to give it a visit when in town!
Love seafood very much. Unexpected welcome Thai style soup to start with, super delicious. First time tried mussels with Thai curry sauce, so feeling fresh and yummy.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very peaceful and happy. The food was very well presented and delicious. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 was because of the wait time for our food because of a mistake they made. But overall very good.
The Oystersraw and grilled were fresh and a great appetiser. The Grilled Octopus was my favourite dish, it was cooked beautifully; extremely soft and extremely enjoyable. The seafood platter was great value for money, all of the fish and seafood was cooked to perfection and the portion size was beyond generous.
Food was outstanding, if you’re looking for oysters and good seafood this is the place to be! My husband ordered from the specials menu - neither of us had tasted halibut this good before. Only reservation - staff forgot the chips, but no biggie.
My wife, our younger daughter and I had a seafood dinner here on Nov 7, 2022. The seafood was delicious and the service was very good. We got value for money.
We had a wonderful dinner in Crab. The food was amazing. We were 5 and bought platter, bowl of Mussels, Oysters, salad and chips. The Cheff gave us complimentary Cauliflower soup which was so nice. The staff was really good especially Molly. Special thanks to her for choosing perfect Wine for us. So helpful. I strongly advise to ring the restaurant and book ur seats.
Lovely atmosphere, love the piano playing in the background! Food was outstanding, value for money, considering what it is. Quality is impeccable. Service was great. The whole crab dish is the go to dish if you ever attend. AMAZING.
Came to the restaurant with my girlfriend and had a nice experience. We ordered one crab to share, a starter moule with some bread. Nice amount of food to get us ready for the holiday beach mode! The price was not bad: £57 for two people. Will recommend it to people who want to have fresh seafood!
