Pizza delivered...without all of what we ordered, plus different toppings on our pizza to what we ordered. Called the Farnborough branch to be spoken to very rudely by a young lad who quite clearly couldn't care less and who hung up on me when I was still speaking. Not impressed by customer service at all. Never ever write reviews but felt the need to after being spoken to so rudely when I could have been a lot more difficult given the situation! Over half an hour later and still waiting for the sides that weren't delivered in the first place.

Normally wouldn't bother with something like this but after speaking to a man that quite literally couldn't give less of a care in the world about customer service, I felt it was necessary to warn people. We probably order from here once every 4-6 weeks for the past year, we've just moved house (only 10 mins away) and somehow at the new house during the ordering process our old address has been used. Pizza turns up there, someone helping move rings us to warn us. We phone to inform them, to which we're told there's nothing they can do. It wasn't just me - someone else in the room physically watched me put in our new address but it wasn't just the mistake - it was that the staff member didn't care less about even remotely coming to some sort of middle ground. Flat out, no, not helping, no supervisor, £30 order wasted. Disgusting communication.

Terrible. Pizza looks nothing like the advert horrible shocking customer service. Manager was Rude to me personally. Shame, I actually like papa johns pizza..

Customer service is appalling. Papa John's Please 're train people who work for you. How they speak to customers is absolutely disgusting. No apologies after waiting for pizza for an hr and half ( still not here so might be longer ) Peeps ! Go to Dominos!

Always have fast, polite and quality service! Never had a bad pizza from here, and find the very negative reviews quite hard to believe.
