Great pub. Came here on a sunny afternoon so the children could play in the play castle. Lots of other children all having fun together.nFood is good and well priced along with drinks.nPlenty of staff on hand to serve and keep the place tidy. Never been to a pub with small farm animals before but they were nice.nWould definitely return.
Visiting from the States and found this pub on our way back from a long day of sightseeing. What a great ending to a tiring day. The food was fantastic, the other patrons were friendly and welcoming, but more importantly, Phil took superb care of us and had a great sense of humor. We had a fun visit with him and he made a most memorable evening for us. Thanks again, Phil! Cheers!
Just had Sunday roast. Really good. Service was very, very slow. Dog friendly. They even have doggy ice cream. Fish and chips with mushy peas was superb.nThe salads are great. Even the side salads are superb. Meticulously diced cucumber and beetroot. The chef really cares about their food and presentation.nManagement has changed a few times over the years but now with the most amicable and attentive owners.nFood is good and big portions. Quiz night, on a Wednesday is always busy, booking advisable.nService can be slow.
Best roast I’ve had in a pub in ages!! Such great food for an even better price. Will definitely be returning. Good atmosphere for families
The Snow Goose is a great little pub in Farnborough. Larger than it looks inside with a lot of outdoor seating. Yeah quite a funky affair. Good atmosphere. Locals seem friendly and good fun. Staff polite. Recommended.
