Always had a great service from Newry Argos and when i visit this store the staff are always friendly and happy to help, Argos is my go to place for buying those little gifts and personal items... By far the worst experiences I’ve had and all within a few weeks. Firstly ordered a Nintendo Switch, got the text to come and collect the item went to the store they didn’t have it but told me come back a few days and it’ll be there. Went back it still wasn’t there so they refunded and charged me again for the item and it wasn’t even the one I had initially ordered.  Today I went to collect 3 Storage boxes I ordered when I went to collect after getting a text telling me it’s ready to collect I went there they came with 1 box and 2 lids……. I don’t understand what’s going on in there but I’ll never return to the place again. It feels like they’re not focused on what’s being ordered and don’t seem to care.

Brilliant service on Christmas Eve. Staff were under pressure, store was packed only waited 10 minutes to get my order. Well guys I work in retail and admire your efforts. thanks again.

Unauthorized transaction BY Argos Brief history! Placed an online order 18 September 2020 with Argos, €393.00 Argos accepted the purchase took the money and then they cancelled the order, reimbursed the money THEN the following day Argos took money out the bank account again??!!! Firstly that was an unauthorized transaction!! How are they able to do that? We are now 12 days on and after numerous calls, live chats and basically the run around by Argos and their 'customer' care staff who have now told us to 'write a letter' to their head office We still waiting to be reimbursed and no explanation!! Who gives them the right to illegally take money out the account?? Shame on you Argos

Here I'm not reviewing argos newry but argos as a whole. Useless and deceiving!!! Ordered a product, meant to be delivered after 10 days! The day before delivery they tell me the product will be with me the next day between 7 and 9 am. They didn't delivered the item. Over a week now and still didn't delivered or anything about a date either...

Good value store on line ordering pick up at store good customer care polite helpful staff and free parking right beside store.

Unhelpful staff that pawns off their responsibility when handling defective items both under their own 30 day policy and consumer protection legislation.

My daughter who is 10 went up to collect something for me and felt ignored. They need to listen more!

Argos is not too bad for shopping but sadly did not have what I needed in stock the day I was there.
