Fantastic. Super friendly staff, very personable. Since the new management have taken over the food is much better quality, reasonably priced too. Great location, loads of parking. Free WiFi. Make sure you book if you want food, fills up quick. Been coming here for years, will definitely continue if it stays as it is. Dog friendly. Parking: Large car park
Visited last week for lunch. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor seating thats undercover for the dogs, although dogs were also inside. Had the Waggu Burger and Pizza, and they were delicious. Very good prices too :
A really lovely pub with great grub and service. Andrew and Grant were so friendly and were able to fit a full family of 6 for a last minute boxing day dinner which hit every point. Football was on, food was top especially the pies! Atmosphere was wicked. Dogs aloud. Would highly recommend.Food: 5/5
We had a great lunch there last week. The food was wonderful with really decent portions and friendly staff. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend it.
Beautiful beef dinner and all trimmings lovely staff pudding mmmm
Best local pub, food was excellent and staff very friendly. Great atmosphere on quiz night, good fun all round. Would recommend highly.Food: 5/5
Over priced expensive curry which was dry ,cold and bland....think it was £15.00 for a very small bit of cold rice and even smaller bit of curry ....which came in handy, as it was horrible. £4.00 for a small bowl of chips which was the only thing I eat and shared with my dogs due to that being dry as a bone as well. Please take this joke of a dish off your menu incase someone else orders this plate of disappointment . Am sure the locals love this pub as the entertainment was a few of them drinking from a bottle of whisky they brought in themselves. Don't get me wrong this could have just been a one off bad day that I happend to have the misfortune to stumbled across . Upside staff were friendly, dog friendly and has a carpark. Parking: Behind the pub .limited spaces
Great location , nice decorating and atmosphere. Excellent food and portions , great customer service and interaction with staff . Reasonably pricedFood: 5/5
Turned up without booking, managed to find us a table for 9. Great selection of drinks, staff were friendly and efficient. Food was lovely, puddings especially so. We'll definitely be coming back Recommended dishesChicken Burger and Chips
Shame we left it so late in our 2 week holiday here. We both had the homemade steak and ale pie and I can honestly say they were the best pies we have ever tasted, the mash was also fantastic. Needlees to say we're going back again today our last day for more. Might try the pizza today as that looked really good as I passed somebody else's table.
