Really lovely lady served us. We found just what we wanted and would definitely buy more as the clothes are excellent quality.
Rude staff. Walked in and walked straight back out again. I think they need some training on how to speak to customers.
Tried to return an item of clothing to newquay store with original receipt and same card it was purchased on. Staff were rude and reluctant to give refund, you would think i was asking them to part with a kidney. Very upsetting experience. Wont be shopping there again, shame as i have always been a loyal customer.
