Tried this for the first time as it had been recommended to me by a friend. It was a special occasion as it was my son’s 13th birthday and our friend that dined with us who paid for our meal even said in front of the waiter about the birthday boy but zero reaction so lost a star there as I think it’s important for the service staff to pick up on these sort of things as especially if we have chosen their restaurant to mark it. Other star lost cos we were comparing to my son’s first ever Indian meal which had a few weeks before in Fort William and this was good but no way as good as theirs, having ordered the same food. So for 2 starters, 3 mains, 1 beer, 1 glass of wine & 2 soft drinks it came to £85. I personally felt that was expensive. I would go again or at least order a takeaway from them but wouldn’t go there for a special occasion again.

Well cooked food and that's coming from a Punjabi. Paneer is very tasty! Family enjoyed all their food!

We frequently order from this restaurant and usually the service and food is amazing. Unfortunately this evening when we ordered it took ages to get through and when we ordered the guy on the phone was completely distracted. He wasn’t listening properly when I ordered and when we later received our order it was incomplete. We then called up to ask for the rest of the order to be delivered he said that we didn’t order the missing item and was very rude constantly blaming us and refusing to accept that he was at fault. We have then ordered the item again and he was trying to persuade us from getting it redelivered even though we were paying for it. He was very rude and it completely ruined our meal. The place is really going down hill.

My favourite restaurant for Indian cuisine, always a friendly service, vegetarian dishes are incredible and the byriani is vegan according to the chef.
