Visited on Sat evening with 4 in our party. We was given a choice of where we could dine (7pm). The food served to us was most enjoyable and full of flavour. We had a couple of cocktails which were top-class! One point I would make is that the restaurant did not have much atmosphere for a Saturday, there was some background music playing, which unfortunately could not be heard at the back of the restaurant.

Good branch of Prezzo. Staff are friendly and great with kids. Food is tasty and good quality. Service a touch slow at times but no major issues.

Food is poor, the pasta I ordered was so overcooked it was like glue. The staff didn't apologise and didn't offer anything for the inconvenience of having to wait for another meal whilst my friend was eating. This restaurant seems to be steadily declining as I've gone back a few times to give it the benefit of doubt but every time it has been worse.

I'm at Prezzo in Buckhurst Hill as I write this on a weekday evening. Quite busy but it has as a chain gone downhill. Ordered the bruschetta and it is now just a square of pitta base with a heap of halved tomatoes over it. Before it was toasted bread. Cheaper now I suppose. The light pizza comes with a salad for a side with rather dry pitted black olives and lots of rocket leaves on the pizza. Reasonably generous with the chicken topping. Long wait for the starter but the pizza came quickly.
