I go to The Core Pilates twice a week and absolutely love it! It's run by Slim Tlili, who's an absolute expert in his field. The classes are small - there's only ever up to 6 people - which means you get plenty of attention throughout the 60 minutes (even if you wish you could hide with some of the harder exercises!) He knows the health history of everyone in each class, and gives you mat and equipment exercises based on your strengths and weaknesses. I started going simply to improve my posture, and others come because they have health issues like a bad back or are recovering from surgery. No matter which stage we're at, we all work smoothly alongside each other in the class, as we do what we can individually manage. There are people of all ages and fitness levels, so there's no sign of leotards and skimpy clothing lol, you just workout in whatever is comfortable, and feel amazingly energised at the end. I can't recommend Slim's classes enough! :)
