Suzina has supported us over several years to keep going with our fitness regime. She is enormously flexible providing support to anyone in our family who is around when she arrives for a training session. She is never fazed by our requests and provides lots of local information about sporting events to encourage us. She has a wide range of equipment and is a cheery friendly face who encourages and supports you as much as your require. We would recommend her to anyone who needs to get started or restarted!

Suzina is always punctual, courteous and totally professional. I started personal training with nil motivation and here I am, 18 months later, feeling great, having lost 2 stone and increased my fitness level immeasurably. I enjoy life so much more now. At the beginning of the training we discussed at length my aims and targets and these were constantly discussed and reviewed. The training schedule was set up with a view to hitting and maintaining my targets and I am very pleased with the end result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Suzina.

Suzina has been my personal trainer for several years now and has always been very trustworthy, reliable and easy to get on with and she is also extremely knowledgeable in various areas relating to health and fitness. She will train you at the level you prefer whether it be gentle encouragement or more persuasive and firm motivation! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Suzina to anyone, from someone looking to get a little fitter and toned up to more serious sports people and athletes

Lucy Mansell 6 Sept 2011 I have known Suzina for ten years. She has been a client of my Beauty, Holistic & Sports Therapy clinic for all this time and we have become great friends too. I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a personal trainer who will give her clients everything they expect and more. Her business is extremely professional but friendly, and I have never known anyone more dedicated to research, education and development in their skills. She is super super reliable and ridiculously organised which gives a client confidence they are in capable hands and will not be let down. She has helped and inspired me personally in my own health issues- giving me insight and positivity to get better. She is a delight and a pleasure to have around.

Suzina has made a real difference to my overall strength and balance and I would recommend her as a personal trainer not just for athletic people but for elderly and disabled people too.
