An excellent outdoor meet. Good shielding for m the wind on both sides and heaters all round. A welcome respite from the elements whilst still being able to stay outdoors. Great beer selection Tbh might have been a bit too adventurous with hindsight. Great staff and a much needed venue in this part of pimlico
All round average 5/10. Service was neutral no greeting no smile but not rude. Food was OK tiny amount of chips and when meal was served salt/pepper /sauce anything not offered. Burger was OK all albeit a little dry. Price was on the higher end for what you get. £16 for a burger & pint.
They didn't leave the low quality frozen pie in the microwave long enough. Had to stand at bar with plate in hand whilst bar staff served other people. Terrible.
Stopped here for a bite and beer with our two teenagers after a day in the city. Food was excellent by pub food standards. Cozy place, busy with lots of locals when we were there - clearly a popular hangout.
My favourite pub ever. Wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly stuff. ...and customers. Im sending greetings and hugs to Peter and other friends. See you soon.
Good old british pub that offer a really great ale. We had good time here, tasty food and friendly staff
We stopped here after doing the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Tour. Great Pub. Great food. We had Beef and Ale Pie with mashed potatoes and peas and I had a side of garlic and cheese toast. Soooo good. Most great food comes from the small pubs. It was crowded and cheerful. Go get a pint and a nibble, you wont have any regrets.
Quite a small pub, but with a good collection of drinks
A nice and simple little pub - it's definitely no gastro pub and don't go here if you want 20 different craft ales to choose from, but for a cosy, quiet place to enjoy a pint while watching the football you can't beat it. The front terrace on the street is also a nice place to sit with a cold drink in the summer.
