Withholding personal information from access!nnHad a scan and would not share info. By the time the appointment happened, my family and I finally found a seemingly better surgery, when the practitioner that had me scanned sent the result to the raising GP, these in turn decided that it's better for them not to share MY INFORMATION with the current GP...have to reschedule another scan, I guess. It.s only 2 months since...
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRANSGENDER.nApart from being misgendered constantly even by my GP Dr Bassam who absolutely knew I was trans, they point blank refused to do my blood tests advised by my GIC. With how important it is to be monitored when first starting hormones you would think they would be happy to help but no. He even tried persuading me to stop taking hormones which was way out of line. I was supposed to have my 1 month blood test and when I got there he told me that they would no longer be testing my blood because I hadnt been seen at the GIC yet mind you the waitlist for a 1st appointment is 6 years. Left me no chance to find an alternative place that would test my blood on that same day as it is important to get the trough levels. Now I am left with no choice but to travel to London to a free clinic but god knows how long that will take.nnNEVER COMING BACKnBEST BELIEVE I WILL BE COMPLAINING
I submitted an online request using eConsult at 18.30 on a Friday requesting a non urgent but necessary appointment.nAt 18.34, I received a text with my appointment date and time.nWell impressed. Thank you.
The worst GP practice I’ve ever been registered with. So unhelpful and it’s impossible to get hold of them - have taken out private health care as genuinely concerned as to what would happen if I had a medical emergency. If you were dying they’d tell you there’s no appointments and to call up another time.
If I could do -10 I really would.nI have been trying to get a doctors appointment for my ear for almost a year. I get there, the woman on reception is SOO immensely rude and unhelpful. She goes out of her way to not help, not ringing the other practice to help a woman check if her delivery was mistakenly delivered there because she “doubt they’ll answer”.nPeople turning up to have a physiotherapist instead of a doctor for something so unrelated to physio.nI waited for 45 minutes, nothing. People who had been there long before me not even seen. I had to leave as I am meant to be working.nI have for almost 8 years been going to find out about my stomach issues, to the point I have given up trying.nHonestly I don’t know how this is aloud.nI had recently been to the doctor about my back injury, who told me to contact if it got worse. The pain got so bad I called back, they got a PHARMACIST to call me…. They laughed over the phone and said I don’t even know why they referred me to you.nPathetic
