Have been here about 15 years now. All the staff here including the reception staff are super helpful and the Dr's are very understanding. Sometimes there can be a few ds wait if you want a specific Dr but it's never too long. The best Dr's surgery I've ever been at.

I like the staff and the extremely high level of competence amongst their Doctors and nursing staff in particular their level of caring compassion.. However my only real criticism is the waiting times, the reception staff are the 1st to comment or complain when you are late or miss an appointment yet on the too many occasions that I have had to sit there for 30+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time they seem supremely unconcerned about it, and indeed almost make me feel a bit ashamed/small for asking why they are so behind
