ADDED REVIEW AT END.....I'm so upset and shocked that a doctor can be so rude to a patient in pain I had to walk out of the room she made me feel like my pain wasn't important. I had spent 4 hours in A and E in pain and after seeing me all they could offer me was stronger painkillers and advice to see my doctor.. then to see my doctor and to be told im not a life or death or an emergency situation A and E have already examined you what can i do😨 so i thought doctors are meant to care for patients and offer help and advice all i got was a doctor with a very bad attitude i was almost in tears when I walked out the room I made a complaint to the manager but my guess is nothing will be done. ...my choice now is to pay out for private health care where I know I will get the treatment I need. ADDED REVIEW So I decided to go back and see another doctor Dr Matthew kalinowski he was brilliant spoke very professionally and give me excellent advice made me feel very relaxed when he examined my knee. My faith is restored.

My recent experience of this practice has been very good. When I 've needed an appointment for myself or my children I have always been given one on that day. Dr Renkema is excellent; she listens and is very thorough and I appreciated her swift action earlier this year and caring approach. I am very thankful for the NHS. Dr Neh is very good too!

I have been with this surgery for about thirty years, It used to be great - friendly support and staff, and easy to get seen but it has changed so much, sadly it has lost it's friendly atmosphere, no longer very supportive and it is near impossible to get an appointment. Such a shame.

Honestly its great unless you need to use it Having waited 4 weeks for an appointment at 7:30 Am i showed up prompty at 7:10 to an empty carpark and locked door. With a sign by said door stating opening hours start at 8:30. Believing id made a mistake i returned at 8:05 to be told by a haughty secretary that she had been there since 7. Which they forget we have phones with video camera's in nowadays so i can discount that. But no now i have another 4 weeks to wait. Hopefully i'll be seen before the end of the quarter. Its sad because i work internationally where people mock us and our NHS and with every interaction i've had with it. It becomes harder and harder to defend its worth.
