We attended with a large party of about 12. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and tentative. The food was enjoyable, fresh and correct portion size. It is right beside the spar so not to hard to find. The decor inside was very modern and had a relaxing restaurant feel, loved the Christmas decorations.
Great food, don't like the fact that there's no bar to stop at. Everything's table service. Doesn't sit right, pun intended, that a man has to have his pints at a wee table.Service: 4/5
Cohannon INN was simply fantastic in every way....food...accom ..staff were all we could have asked for and we are very fussy...any review who was not happy here obviousely did not give the staff here the chance to resolve any problems in our opinion...Cohannon was a first class stay as far as we were concerned..try it and you will not be disappointed!!
Visited for breakfast only. As per every visit we have had here, the breakfast was faultless and staff extremely friendly.Service: 5/5
I had a bad experience but it may have been a one off. They did not have an allergen menu and seemed put out when I asked if menu items contained milk. There were no milk alternatives soy, oat etc. and when I ordered one of their "speciality teas" from the desert menu I was made to feel that I was now just being awkward for the sake of it. Honestly I've never felt so embarrassed to have a food intolerance. Hopefully the server was just inexperienced but regardless I wouldn't recommend it.
Was here yesterday for dinner,there was 12 of us.great food and service.staff friendly and approachable.would definitely recommend for somewhere to eat,very reasonable for price.Service: 4/5
We had our worst meal in years. Food was badly prepared and tasteless! Building cold. Complained at till but was charged full amount! Won't be back here in a rush.
Went here for a Christmas lunch with work. We had the carvary I got roast beef which was like rubber and the desert plate was dirty
The staff were friendly and very pro active in getting us seated for our meal. The food was hot, delicious and very tasty. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend the Cohannon. As a place to eat.Service: 5/5
