Been here few times and have never had a bad meal yet. Food is delicious and staff are very helpful and pleasent. Would defiantly recommend.

We had a lovely meal here tonight. We browsed the menu sitting beside a roaring fire. We've eaten here a few times before and still not disappointed. Duck wontons followed by wild boar for himself and  white onion soup followed by roast beef for me. Service by Cathy and Ellen was speedy and friendly. Thanks to everyone for a great meal. Happy New Year and hope you're in your bath soon Ellen. Cj n Alan xxx

Sunday lunch 2 courses for £18....Oh my God. The food is AMAZING. Great seasonal food and really good service! Lovely restaurant, will definitely be back. 😁😁

First visit. Very nice and food excellent, particularly liked the rib roast and cinnamon glazed carrots... delicious.  Rest of group had rump steak, very tender,  rissotto, Thyme chicken. Kids had steak and chips and chicken goujons. Only one vegetarian option on main course,  but it was very nice, bit more variety required there if possible. Canrtainly recommend this place...pity it wasn't a lot closer to home!
