Tactless unprofessional and rude i asked for help and advice due to my 9yr old son having an ear infection and wanted something age appropriate for pain relief or something like an ear spray, I'd all ready taken my son to the doctor and told the doctor more than once that he was in a lot of pain the doctor said he couldn't give my son any antibiotics due to an unsettle tummy but prescribed something for that instead so i thought I'd get something over the counter i asked for advise and help on which would be the best thing to get, the response i got was i should have asked the doctor, i told the woman i thought it was unprofessional of her and it wasn't an unreasonable request to ask for help. So i get home called up to complain i was livid my son the night before was in tears and slept on the sofa, i asked to speak to someone in charge a manager she wasnt at all helpful btw she wasnt in charge and she was absolutely unsympathetic and couldn't care less and was justifying what the other woman said, i thought pharmacist were they to help people not to make sarcastic comments!!!!
