I changed to Station Road Pharmacy about a year and a half ago and have been very impressed with the friendly and efficient team, especially the pharmacist. Nothing is ever too much trouble and always happy to offer advice. I don’t normally right reviews but in times when it is difficult to get a doctors appointment you need a good pharmacist. Would highly recommend. 5 Star service and with a smile
Recently switched to this pharmacy and I'm very happy. The staff are efficient, but also friendly which is so important when you're feeling under the weather. I've had a vaccination there, sought advice on a minor injury, picked up prescriptions and received great customer care on all occasions. Receiving a text when a prescription is ready to collect is very useful too. Thank you to all the staff.
I cannot thank the staff of Station Road pharmacy enough for their advice and support in 2022. I feel like it's been my second home, with the amount of time I've spent in there sorting out my parents medication and asking for advice about tablets and their side affects and liaising with the Drs practice etc. Always helpful and empathic and nothing is too much trouble. One star because I can leave zero stars. My husband has visited the pharmacy this evening to get two products and whoever is working today has failed in their customer service. My husband asked for compeed blister patches he’s been sold cold sore patches and then after showing a picture of the exact product I wanted they have sold the incorrect version of the product, which will not provide relief in the necessary time frame.
The staff are so unbelievably friendly and the Pharmacist even made sure I knew how to use the inhaler I had just been prescribed rather than just give it to me, it meant a lot that he cared enough to ask and show me.
Friendly people and always very helpful. Most of the time I don't need to go to see the doctor, always give good advise.

I love station road pharmacy! They've always been so helpful and understanding of any issue I've had, they go out of their way to make sure you get your medication as soon as possible. I know they'll always do their best for customers. Can't fault them!
Excellent pharmacy, very knowledgeable and helpful
I changed to this pharmacy as I was fed up with incompetent, judgemental and rude staff at another chemist. I chose this one based on the reviews, and I have to say, the reviews are an excellent reflection of how good they are. I have a lot of medical conditions, and there's 1 that people notice the most and that's my social anxiety. When I went into the pharmacy, I stumbled and mixed up my words and the lady serving me gave me a lovely smile and we made light of it with a little laugh. I felt completely at ease. As my prescription was only sent earlier, I wasn't expecting it to be done, but they got it done in about a minute and I was on my way again! I've now asked my doctors to send all my prescriptions there. It really goes to show the huge difference it makes when you treat customers with respect and kindness! Despite still having to get a bus to get to them, I wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found them. Thank you!
