THIS IS FOR THE OPTICIANS INSIDE BOOTS STORE Excellent customer service....rare these days I came in with my glasses which the arm had broken off...was greeted by a very courteous man who , said he would do his best , so i came back in an hour. im so impressed...this man went out of his way to mend the glasses...put new pieces on by the eye, clean them, and even gave me a new case... i dont know your name....but thankyou for your excellent customer service (.it was monday lunchtime)...please pass my thanks on to him.
