The staff are wonderful, friendly efficient and ever helpful.nnThe store is however extremely ‘tired’, the freezers in particular are a disgrace, clearly ancient, very difficult to use and this morning the pack of fruit I tried to take split because it was stuck to the bottom of the cabinet.nnThe very many loyal customers are being let down.

The staff are very good, helpful and friendly. It is a like a little family. Went into the Co Op today and they were putting the price's up a day before the prices go up, which is wrong. I was buying sweet's, chocolate etc; for a charity raffle so I needed to see the cheaper prices to get as much as possible. Plus I had been buying other stuff for myself and wanted to see the cheaper price, not tomorrow. When it closes at night, they should change the price's then not before. THIS IS UPTO HEAD OFFICE TO SORT OUT. The staff said it wasn't their fault but Head Office.

Not busy, easy to walk around, well stocked, friendly till staff. Found everything I wanted
