Fantastic - brought my computer in on Wednesday and they had it back to me on Thursday repaired and at a good price with each cost explained labour and parts and the parts were compared to their pricing on amazon. Were very communicative during the whole process, ringing on Wednesday to keep me updated and explain what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and how long it would take. Very friendly and experienced. This is the place to go if you need your appliance fixed.
Brilliant service from Nailsworth Computer Shop. Contacted to get advice for a slow running laptop. Popped by with it, left with them and within a day back up and running with a now super fast laptop. Absolutely fab. Thanks! Would strongly recommend. Excellent.

Loving the new laptop . Great service Had a big software update problem over the weekend 12/3/22, rendering the laptop unusable. First thing Monday they sorted all issues in an hour & charged a very reasonable rate for a 1st class service. Thankyou
Had a serious issue with my computer not booting up and also needed my CPU changing. Called them up and was talked over on the phone and interrogated about weather I had the right CPU. Took my pc in anyway, was talked over and not listened to again when I got there, had my pc for 2 days and then called me saying they couldn't fix it. Told me the troubleshooting wasn't worth the time, so I literally left with the exact same information that I took it to them with. What were they doing for 2 days?!? Only plus side is they didn't charge me cuz they couldn't fix it but they were patronising and it was just a huge waste of time.
Impressive service. I took my old notebook in, which had been playing up for months, and they told me they could fix it - no problem. In the end, I decided to purchase a newer, better reconditioned laptop, which I am delighted with. It was also very reasonably priced, and I got part-ex on my notebook. Now that I have discovered this shop, I will not go anywhere else. Easy, free parking right across the road, too.
